Information used by this service
Dunning displays billing records supplied by the practice, including account and statement references, names, amounts and payment history. Staff sign-in uses an organization, email address and password. The staff browser stores a session token in local storage until sign-out; it does not store the password there. A patient statement link contains an opaque access token. Treat that link as private because someone with the link may be able to view its statement.
How information is used
Information supports authorized billing work, statement access, account security and service operation. The practice remains responsible for its billing records and decisions. This website loads its fonts from its own host and does not use advertising trackers. Hosting and security systems may process request metadata and operational logs. The service runs on Google Cloud.
Payments and service availability
The current public statement experience does not offer live card collection. Local development can use a clearly labeled sandbox. A statement view or a sandbox result does not confirm a real charge or settlement. Never send card details, passwords or patient records to the contact email.
