Using Dunning
Calico EMR operates this website. Staff may use the workspace only with authorization from their practice. Patients may use the private link supplied for their own statement. Keep sign-in credentials and statement links private, and sign out of shared computers after use.
Statements and supported actions
The practice supplies billing information and determines the amounts due. Contact the practice to discuss a balance, a correction or available assistance. The website presents the actions supported by the current service. An unavailable action does not submit a request. Viewing a statement does not change its balance.
Payments
Live card collection is unavailable in the current public statement experience. A local sandbox is for testing only and does not collect real funds. A browser message is not proof of settlement. Any future payment service must present its supported payment flow and applicable terms before use.
Responsible access
Use the service for its intended billing purposes. Do not attempt to access another practice's records, share another person's statement link, or interfere with the service. Report suspected unintended access without emailing patient records or credentials.
